Uncle Tom's Cabin

When I was 10, my cousin Arthur  had read "Uncle's Tom cabin" and he liked it so much that he lent it to me.
The story happens in Kentuky during the age of slavery.

Mr. Shelby has economic problems so he has sold the best of his slaves, uncle Tom. Tom's bought to Mr. Saint-Claire. Tom travels by boat, where he meets a girl, Evangeline, Mr. Saint's daughter, who Tom saves to die in an accident. Little time later, Evangeline dies of a healthy problem and then her father dies too. After Mrs. Saint sells Tom to teh owner of one planting cotton, Tom must works hard and has to mistreats  slaves but he doesn't want to maltreat to slaves and he refuse, so he gets a beating.  Tom's first owner's son had been  looking for him for long time, but the young finds Tom when he dies due to the beat that he had got. When the young gets home, he sets all his slaves frees.
I liked the book, but while I was reading, I spent a lot of time weeping for all calamities that uncle Tom was suffering, because I know a lot of stories about slavery are true, so I don't like reading or watching films about it.
